Le gouvernement va dépenser un million d’euros pour « améliorer l’image » de la Serbie et organiser des événements à l’étranger. La société Smart Match Solutions a remporté l’appel d’offres lancé par le Bureau de la diplomatie publique et culturelle, dirigé par le militant français d’extrême droite Arnaud Gouillon.
